what, Bill, you thought you were being summoned?? ;) ;)
Of course I did, someone repeatedly SHOUTING my name....couldn't let it be *in vain*...;)
LOL, back to the regular boards for me, haven't played RCT in quite a while (maybe 3-4 years)...just wasn't challenging enough in terms of "objectives"...I still think a competitive game where I could take over, say, SFMM and try to run all the other parks out of the SoCal market, THAT would be fun (and *quite* challenging)...novices of course could pick KBF to start with, experts get USH...;)
My Beautiful wife, Julia, is the best thing that has ever happened to me!
Thenb again HR & NL don't have additional graphics such as peeps & other rides all animated at once to worry about which explains why the system requirements for those games were much more reasonable for the average player.

Athlon 900 (that's right.. good ol' NON-XP Athlon!) and mine runs..
..sometimes :)
Although, ironically, I never had a "real" problem with RCT3 on this PC aside from the lagging when I get a lot of rides/peeps. (The demo was a different story)
Game works fine. I enjoy every bit of it. I cant seam to upgrade with the patch ,yet. Have to get rid of that copyright sign as the folder name; but ,I see no need to. I downloaded all the Prima extra stuff, still no crash, no freeze ups. It does get a little jerky when the parks get over 2000 peeps. They do start doing strange things like walking through each other.
I've used the money/park trainer, still no problems.
Its not as enjoyable to me (now) as RCT 1 (was) the first day I bought in 1999; but, its worth the money for something different and the ride is so cool especially at night.
I keep getting an error that my video card or driver needs upgrading. I thought I could run RCT3 with the 64MB on the video card. Any suggestions?
Even if it works - that card with a 700mhz CPU is going to give absolute minimal performance. Probably more frustrating than not being able to play at all.

I'd look for a driver from the manufacturer first and foremost.
BTW...running on an AthlonXP 1700+, 512MB, Radeon 9600 Pro and it's smooth as silk. I'm excited though...my A64 3000+ motherboard comes this week...I'll be running it at about 3800+ speeds with 1GB RAM....
