The website is never very informative, but if tradition holds up, drinks are FREE once you pay admission. The food is reasonably priced and includes Burgers, Hot Dogs, Chicken (BBQ), Roasted Corn on the Cob, and others.
Now...the rides. Very family-friendly. Everything from the Carousel, Ferris Wheel, Tilt-A-Puke, Eagles, and two woodies: The Tornado & The Teddy Bear among other rides.
I hope people get to experience this park, (and not only if you have little ones). It's fun to see a family friendly park set in the middle of nowhere surrounded by cornfields! I won't be attending most likely because I'm probably going to the Ohio State Fair that day.
But if anyone does go...can you pick up a flyer at the exit giving the October date they usually open up again to the public and pass it on. Thanks!
I develop Superior Solitaire when not riding coasters.
I think they open in the early afternoon - 1 or 2. Then they close the rides for an hour or so (I think from 5-6) for dinner (dinner for everybody - that's when they start serving the grilled burgers/dogs/corn). Then they run the rides from 6-9 or 10.
It's a neat little park and the coasters are a lot of fun. Heck of a deal for the $8 or so admission price (less than the parking charge at corporate themers).

I went on July 4th (first visit) and loved it. The sodas were $1 if I remember correctly. The food was pretty decent and very cheap. Besides, what other park is there where you can husk your own corn? :-)
Tornado and Teddy Bear were cute coasters, very fun. The flyers were the highlight, though! I was impressed with the park. Great selection of kiddy rides including a "kiddy" turtle that I don't believe I have seen before.

what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
And is admission less for a child? *** Edited 8/9/2005 4:07:33 PM UTC by Jason Hammond***
