Strange parsing error

In this posting after the second quote block there are a couple of URL tags that are showing up in the rendered version. I didn't put them there, I tried to take them out, and they're still there.

The message was created with the plain text editor (this thing has rich text?!) :) and the error is just...weird. Thought you might want to know about it.

There are a couple of known errors like that... but the cause is still unknown. :)
