C'mon. Be realistic. 140 MPH is going to get you at least 500'. ;)

Hobbes: "What's the point of attaching a number to everything you do?"
Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."

Has Hershypark close Storm Runner do the fact that people got hurt on TTD at CP on Monday?
ApolloAndy, unless you have LIMs going down the hill, no height will get you 140mph!

Gotta love the laws of physics...

I was up at the park this past weekend and I heard those rumors from several people (none of them really "In the know", but the old I heard it from this person who heard it from that person who knows someone, yadda yadda yadda)

Hershey Resorts and Entertainment controls alot of land up there... IF they insist on a water park, then fine, but why not put it in a different location and leave the land near the park (i.e. on the opposite side of Hersheypark Drive) open for future park expansion.

Who knows what 2007 will bring. However, considereing how "popular" water parks seem to be, and how the talk around the area has been a water park for the past few years...

But it is all speculation at this point. I would love to see a Hyper coaster... or any other type of park expansion, before a water park. *** Edited 7/13/2004 6:21:34 PM UTC by SLFAKE***

"Yes... well... VICTORY IS MINE!"
Storm Runner's train is plenty accommodating, but it makes for a darned unpleasant ride. Personally, I think they need to remove about 400 bolts from the two trains, ten from each seat.......
