Still afraid of some coasters?

My first time on MF (mentioned above) this guy behind us was even more afraid then me and m cousin and we were shaking. It was his first roller coaster ever, his girlfriend dragged him onto the ride. Poor guy was so scared on the way up the lift he started to cry a little. When he got off the first thing he did was reach in his pocket, grab a cigarette and light it. I thought it was pretty funny.

Are You Ready!?

I was afraid on Deja Vu, putting all your faith in a Vekoma OTSR. ;)

I got very worked up in the queue for Millennium Force- so much so that my dad told me I was getting myself worked up for nothing (in other words, that it wouldn't be nearly as bad as I thought it would be) and that I could always pray. It was probably good for me that you can't see the lift hill from the queue. Needless to say, I made it through; I even raised my hands near the end!

Raging Bull (my first "real" coaster) made me a bit nervous too- or at least, the brochure's mentioning 50 degree banked curves, speeds of over 70 mph, and such did. However, I was talked into it- partially because it's a very smooth ride. In an attempt to relax, I had my eyes shut on the lift hill. Well, all too soon we were at the top, and I said what is in my sig (screaming down the drop, of course). I remember thinking "I made it!" as we hit the brake run at the end.

I'm still nervous about riding some coasters (DV and S:TE are two examples [V2 most likely wouldn't be a problem for me]). However the fact that my first three steel coasters were Raging Bull, Millennium Force, and Magnum XL-200 probably is a help with tall coasters.

"What am I doing?"
"OoooohwhAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

I always get scared just before i get on any kind of thrill ride, although i don't show it. I don't know why. I think it's because i always get the mentality that i will be that one person out of a million that goes flyin' out the coaster and into the ground. I get even more scared on really steep speed slides at water parks, because i'm not attached to anything.
