The worst is when someone leeches your bandwidth by using a pic as a forum avatar.....ouch.....my precious bandwidth!
Hmmm...non-profit coaster site....maybe I can get tax-exempt status!

Hehe, that's the #1 offense. Usually if you just change the image to something a little more "creative", the offender will take the hint.
Another bad one for me is my desktop backgrounds - people seem to like using them for web page backgrounds. Don't know why, they're all between 200 and 800kb. They take forever to load. Most probably don't even load on their page in a decent amount of time. All it does is jack up the bandwidth I'm using.
I'd love to use a htaccess file, but I'm on a windows server (as I believe coastergallery is) and I'm not quite skilled or patient enough to throw something together to stop the deeplinking.
For now I'll just have fun switching up files on people :)

Gonchar, Joel and I (very kindly) all but begged and pleaeded with him to stop using and adding our photos without permission......and they're still there. Good luck with yours! :(
That is when you threten them with getting a lawyer and suck the life out of their pocket book. That is what I did when a site stole a picture of mine with no credit.
