Steel Dragon 2000, MForce, Phantom Rev, & Goliath

Yes, joe. and LoadedG, all rides (to people like us) are too short.

Remember one thing about Goliath, it was custom designed to squeeze A LOT of coaster (big drop, anyway) into a VERY small space, and comes incredibly close to Colossus' turnaround. The trains went faster than expected, too. Besides, the average rider loves Goliath, which is why it seems to appear on plenty of "top 10" shows. Remember the guy on the "Ultimate Guide" show? He was ready for it to end AT the midcourse!

Nothing... NOTHING... can prepare you for... the Fourth Dimension!

Depends on what you crave in a coaster.

Millennium Force Speed, Floater Air
Steel Dragon: Ejector Air
Goliath: G Forces
Phantom's Revenge: Hills

I've ridden all but Phantom Revenge, but I did ride the Big One before its glamorous makeover. Out of all of them, Steel Dragon 2000 implies the best for me. Goliath and Phantom Revenge give the best rides, but the shortness is what killed me. Like Volcano, if Phantom Revenge could implie a few more hills or helixes or one more key element, it could easily be the best. SD2K and MForce may of had the height but Goliath is the one in the group that has the I'm gonna' die drop. Goliath's location, theme, tight space, and light/on ride effect at night are what makes that drop so superb. Steel Dragon 2000 is my favorite of all of them because it gave all the elements I wanted to feel. The floating airtime on the beginning hill, multiple giant drops, twisted turns and out of control effect, intense ride all the way, and the ejector air combined with three tunnels for the finish.

Steel Dragon doesn't have any ejector air at all. :(

I have to agree. SD2K was loaded with floater air, though.:) At least last summer....
