The poll looks great, I still have hopes Lisebergbanan will climb atleast to top 40 next year. Nice to have an european coaster on the top, the bad thing is that I haven't ridden it.

Wow, now I all of a sudden I live next door to the winner of the world steel coaster poll. How's that for a change.

I'm suprided Nitro is so high and X is so low.

How about because X has had low rider exposure among the general riding public?

Except for the fact this doesn't calculate it that way at all, Kraxle. It's NOT a popularity contest type poll like all the others...it doesn't matter if 4 or 40 people rode X in this poll, with the algorithm Mitch uses, it pits each coaster with each other in head to head competition, not just a simple tally of like Amusement Business.

So in conclustion, no, that is not why X ranked so low in this poll (not that #7 is low, mind you).

Wow, the SROS trio really kicked some booty. SF and Intamin obviously have a winner (x3) on their hands with this Intamin hyper installation.

Intmain has the most coasters of all of them that made it in the top 10. Therefore they took it. Sorry if I made it sound like they won all 10 spots.

I was glad to see Kraken finally break the top 10 - I guess I'm not the only one who loves it (and that zero-G)

Also surprised that Nitro was so high again - especially after I got to ride it this year.

SFNE's S:ROS got knocked out of 1st place? wow what a shocker that is,it's great that SFA's took 6th place though.

I was expecting the top 3 to be more like this :S:ROS(SFNE) MF & maybe Nitro but this is a real surprise to see a european steelie take the top spot.

Yeah, and the SFGAm V2 got in above Wicked Twister, too.

I found it interesting that our Deja Vu somehow beat out SFMM's. Shouldn't there just be one "Giant Invertigo" category?
