About that Japanese food. You have no idea how many people I've told about that soup, Rob.
Tomoko may have to have her own restaraunt in Robland.
Have I mentioned that I like Coaster yet?

I've got the Evian, Moosh! Come one, come all....
BTW, I have told her how much you appreciated it, Chris. It warmed her heart. Tiana is also just begging to have you come back again. She misses the "giggler." Ronald Anderson is also pursuing some avenues in getting us cheap season tix for Playland next season, as well as getting some blueprints of Coaster. Then, if they tear it down, I can still build at a later date. Granted, I want the original...:)

Sorry Nasai, all I know is that I was told by an S&S employee that they had gotten the Enchanted Village woodie project for 2003. Since this "employee" is a very authoritative source, I tend to believe what he has to say.
Anyways, since its a smaller scaled coaster, look for construction to really start progressing later in November. I haven't heard what rolling stock they will use but I have a feeling that it wont be PTC. Since PTC sued Denise and CCI, I have a feeling it will be those terrible Gerstlaur trains. But I am praying for you folks up in Washington. Those G trains just aren't made for twisted layouts. Maybe Six Flags wised up since 2000 and wont buy G trains.

I hear a train a comin'
Comin' round the bend :P
TR2k3....GET READY!
GCI doesnt sell their Flyer trains to people that will not use them on GCI coasters. They are specifically made for their track configuration. Also, they are alot more expensive than the PTC's since they only sell them to select clients and they were custom built for GCI coasters only.

Well, we know Denise and PTC had issues, but the rolling stock may be purchased directly by Six Flags anyway, in which case Tom's House o' Coasters may be shipping some cars up Northwest.
I get the feeling I need to try this famed soup.

Hey, sorry to burst in hear, but heres somthing interesting I found on www.coasterforce.com
"S+S power have recently confirmed that their first Wooden Coaster will be ready to ride for next year! This announcement comes after the break up of CCI into a smaller design group called Gravity Group and the move of the CCI chairperson Denise Dinn to S+S. This could be the new dawn in wooden ride technology, although some experts have already stated that S+S Woodies will be "no good" as the company do not have the origional CCI engineers to support the project."
"No good" huh? I have my doubts on this, as I think they will be great, but it caught my attention anyways...
What do you think obout that statement?

No good? I doubt that highly, however I will reserve comments until after I have ridden the darn thing.... and when I see how it holds up after several years or average maintenance.

Oh, I think it'll be "real good" - I hear the new woodie will launch you from 0 to 80 in just two seconds.
I'm always skeptical. I think the breakdown of CCI as we once knew it was a major blow (and I don't think I've ever fully understood why that happened....).
