Couple that with the fact that the Deja Vus arent open and Two-Face is absent and it strats to appear that the problem is on the 'receiver' end not the 'supplier' end.
Actually, Two Face is back up and running this weekend and early reports from the park are that it is a much smoother ride after the train work was completed. Also at SFA, I have noticed that S:ROS has been running both trains this season when needed with the exception of a couple of weeks in April when the blue train was down waiting for the lap bars to be replaced. The problem is, the wet weather this season really hasn't necessitated the use of two trains on each coaster at SFA. I have even seen Batwing run two trains this season rather reliably.

Earlier on saturday Wild one was loading both trains but by mid to late afternoon they were cycling red & only loading blue, same thing happend on JJ & Batwing was only running 1 train as usual.
General Public: Anton has an excuse since he's dead.
I'm always amazed that SFA went with SROS considering their problems that Intamin can't seem to fix with Tower Of Doom and Typhoon Sea Coaster. I'm gland they did though since it's a great coaster.
edit: this is precisely what concerns me with SFGAm and SFGAdv only HAVING two trains on their S:UFs....what happens when one is down for maintenance/repair on hi-capacity days...
Also, pretty sure GP knows about Anton, but what's up with Wieland's parts business....
...not that SF and Intamin are any *great shakes* when it comes to these RoS trains and parts...also, aren't *several* parks with an Intamin second-gen drop ride operating one or more sides down frequently due to parts needs...PCar had 'em all operating though...:)
bill, hoping that *sales AND service* go hand in hand...;)

P.S. Typhoon SeaCoaster *could* have started a real nice trend in flumes....ah, well...

all 3 sides on TOD work, but the one side always shuts down and won't start up again because of a computer glitch, so until intamin gets off their ass (parts wise)
Typhoon Seacoaster should see an upturn in capacity this year............

never met a coaster I didn't ride (except Junior Geminii) :(

See Matt, that's the same think I dont get. It just seems very odd that SF is having problems with Intamin and "that other park" is not really. Couple that with the fact that the Deja Vus arent open and Two-Face is absent and it strats to appear that the problem is on the 'receiver' end not the 'supplier' end.But hey, what do *I* know?

The world's next Miss Universe?Well let's take a look at the flip side of that. Six Flags doesn't seem to have any problem at *all* getting parts for their Giovanola and B&M hypers. Hymmmmm....But I don't know that much either....;)

Tease Alert!*Something* wicked this way comes...to the west coast in 2004!
