I disagree, there ARE some *bad* coasters (Carolina GoldRusher for one). But then again, I dont consider myself a so-called enthusiast anyway :)

Sorry if it seems like I implied that.
Nor do I think that enthusiasts have to like any or every ride.
I guess that I meant that enthusiasts shouldn't make fun of or trash coasters or parks.
Which no one on this post did.
Its perfectly cool not to like a coaster, but its different to drone on about how awful it was.
And yes, there are some uh.. not so good coasters... like Windjammer.

When I asked the ride op at Space Mountain what typer of ride it was, he said a mix between a wild mouse and a mine ride. He said if it was lit up and you rode it, you would know it was a wild mouse.

I would say it totally depends on which one you are talking about.  The Disney parks have different versions of Space Mountain.  I would consider the one in Florida more of a wild mouse, with different trains.   Just seems to be a lot of curves and small drops.

I would consider Disneyland's more like a Galaxi coaster.  There is a great feeling of speed and g's at the end.   I feel it is much better than the DW version.  

But either way, they are Disney coasters, which never seem to be like any other type of coaster (Rock 'N Roller Coaster excluded)

Wild Mice arn't banked, however the old Schwarzkopf Jumbo Jets, Jet Stars and Speed Racers are what it has allways reminded me of
