Flight of Fear, X-Flight?

Hmmmm, makes you wonder.

Personally, if the Vekoma flyer comes to PKI, it will be a great addition as the coaster selection as a whole at PKI isn't exactly stellar IMO.

It's likely that this coaster could be re-named and get a new paint scheme as well. Neat addition, but still waiting for that B&M though...

I dont think the space fits for a hyper coaster. If you push it maybe a floorless and maybe X-FLIGHT. I think with the coaster selection, and the time that is left it's gonna be a ride, or a spinning coaster. I know thier not gonna put a major coaster in at this point. A spinning coaster would do PKI some good. maybe even a water rapid ride those are coming in every where.

I dont know if X-Flight would be good for PKI because of its horrible capacity. Just putting that in there

I don't think capacity is an issue. They have many low capacity rides at Kings Island.

Could X-Flight be renamed BORG Assimilator? The coaster's current colors match the on at Carowinds.

Isn't Borg's spine a darker shade of green than XF's?That & the black ties as well.

Still that doesn't mean they can't repaint it on site, assuming of course that PKI will become the recipient park as we still don't know where it's going yet for certain.

Coasterkid have you even been to a park that is not MIA? Most (major) parks have had Raft Rides for years, PKI's is one of the better ones, completly in the woods and rather long. However it is an absoulte pain the arse to get to (long, long, non snaking queue and exit.)

That's the best part! I remember when I was a youngin' I felt like I was walking into the real wilderness to get to the ride. Loved it.

As much as I hate to say it (only because I rode it at GL and would much rather see it shipped out of state and out of my life) I think that XF's destination is almost certainly PKI. Personally, I think there is nothing special to the ride itself, it's only hurrah is being Ohio's only dutchman. But let's face it, of the other Cedar Fair parks PKI is the only one with a clearing almost exact to the size of XF's layout. Despite my negativity, maybe this better location for the ride (both park and landscape) will be an improvement to the fromer site in the wrong park's parking lot.

Count me as a X flight liker.

Id like it more if it ran consistantly at capasity and raised until it reached the lift and upon entering the brakes like it's supposed too.
