Where exactly does it say it's going to be an B&M? Could it just be another Intamin with misleading concept art?
The photo clearly shows B&M track.

I would think it's more likely that B&M would come up with a newly designed restraint that was similar to Intamin rather than Intamin coming up with a newly designed track that was similar to B&M. IMO, a new restraint is a much smaller jump in design change than track style.

< sigh >
Artist's renderings quite often have features that don't resemble actual ride once constucted. I have a copy of the rendering for SFMM's Viper that shows a high flat U-turn after the lift followed by a straight 188' drop. Obviously the ride has a curving first drop. So what did the artist do? He used other similar rides as inspiration.
As this is the first of it's kind for B&M there are no examples in the real world, so the artist who did the rendering used Furious Baco as a guide, hence some of the features resemble that ride.
But let's make it perfectly clear: it's B&M.
And in case you didn't read that last sentence: it's B&M.
Oh, and did I mention it's B&M?
EDIT - Oh. My. God! If this artist's rendering is accurate the last few rows won't have seats! That'll look odd....
