Smoothest and Roughest B&M

With B&M's being one of the smoothest coasters out there (next to Intamin), some still can have some good headbangers, while others can be as smooth as Millennium Force. So...
What are the roughest and smoothest B&M Rides that everyone has been on?

While I don't have a huge track record, probably the roughest for me has to be Kumba, while the smoothest would without a doubt be Kraken.

The roughest B&M is the Iron Wolf. The worst stand-up coaster there is.

2 for 1 in 2001:SFGAm all the way!!
2002:CPs year 2 rule!
cmon you gotta give em some credit, it was there first coaster
A rough B&M?? When did this happen? Yes, Iron Wolf is kinda bad, but only bad for B&M, and still smoother than alot of Arrows. As for Kumba being rough - what are you thinking?! That ride is almost perfect. As for the smoothest, It'd have to be Raging Bull and Apollo's Chariot. The two are so smooth it drives me insane.

Like I said, B&M's are VERY smooth, but OF THE B&M's THAT I HAVE RIDDEN, it is the roughest in my opinion, not the whole thing of course, but on certain elements I do remember some good headbanging...

OHHHHHHHHH, definitely it has to be IRON WOLF at SFGAm for the roughest ride there is. As for the smoothest is has to be Raging Bull.

Id also say Kraken was the smoothest B&M ive been on.Although a little to quiet for me.I dont think any B&M I have ridden was rough.
Yeah, you're right, Kraken is really silent, although, for me that is a huge plus... I remeber standing on the walkway that the train goes under, and not even knowing it passed because it was so quiet! I love going on the coaster and just hearing the sound of wind in my face!

Smoothest: Top Gun (Carowinds)
Roughest: Mantis, or Vortex (Carowinds)

Sorry if it seems like I mention Carowinds in almost every post, but hey, its my home park, and fit in with the topic! :)
The Smoothest B&M huh well that would have to be Batman Knight Flight in Ohio that was the smothest ride i have ever been on, Roughest well that is easy Riddlers Revenge difinately not a male friendly ride if you know what i mean

Cedar Point Rocks Magic Mountain

there smoothest ride is definetly medusa in NJ.
i think none of there rids r rough compared to arrows
Iron Wolf is the roughest B&M I have been on but it's still smoother than most Arrow coasters. Raging Bull has a rough spot on the turaround but it's not that rough. The smoothest award goes to Chang or Batman Knight Flight as I can't recall any rough spots.
I've never been on a rough B&M,I thought they were all smooth.
Well for smoothest a tie- Kraken / Top Gun(Carowinds)
Roughest - Vortex (Carowinds)

Iron Wolf seems to be the consensus however The only time that i was on Iron Wolf it was when it was 2 years old. I am really under the impression that the roughness of B&M's has to do very little with the coaster and alot to do with the trains. The only two B&M coasters that i have ever heard said to be rough are Vortex and Iron Wolf. Both of these coasters have the exact same trains. The old style Standup trains.
Any Others?

#1 Steel-Incredible Hulk
#1 Wood--Timber Wolf
Iron Wolf is pretty rough, but it's still a great coaster, but it's the roughest and toughest B&M out there. As for smooth. I'd have to say any B&M hyper, they're Incredibly smooth. Just my opinion.

From what I have been on...

Roughest - Mantis
Smootest - Medusa West (also my favorite B&M)

Soggy,

Looks like you've been one lucky fella

You build it, I'll ride it...eventually
Roughest for me is Vortex at PGA, that coaster always beats me up, especially in the corkscrew. It's surprisingly rough for being so short. Smoothest, my favorite B&M and favorite coaster period is Medusa at SFMW. Smoothness squared. ;) Peace. :)

Medusa at Marine World: the best in the west!

RandyHutchinson: What does that mean?

I might have been standing in a bad position on Mantis, Vortex was about the same roughness, but since Mantis is so much longer, the pain lasted longer.

I've only been on 2 B&M's (raptor, mantis) so I guess I can't really say anything... lol... but Mantis was rougher than Raptor. Man, i need to get to more parks. :)
