Smileys...

For the new Coasterbuzz version maybe you could do a bit more with the smileys/or maybe like post a permanent in the forum on how to use them at least..

Recently I've been watching and seeing that a lot of people have had trouble learning how to use the smileys.

You might have thought of this before, or don't want to put time into it...but it's a somewhat worthy suggestion nonetheless.

Thanks Jeff,

Kyle

How difficult can it be to figure out three smileys?
All you do is type in:

: ) for a happy similey

; ) for a winking similey

: ( for a unhappy similey (ozymoron)

Kyle says : "Have you noticed that everyone at Cedar Point is from Michigan"

This is because Cedar Point is the Closest Major Amusement park for most people from the Detroit Area. (I used to live in Redford, just west of Detroit. ;) ) The next Major Parks are (in order of distance) Michigan's Adventure and Geauga Lake. I have done all of these parks as day Trips when I lived there. I also did weekend trips to Kings Island, Indiana Beach, Kiddyland, Great America, Wyandot Lake, Camden, Kennywood, Conneaut Lake, Waldameer, Canada's Wonderland and Martin's Fantasy Island, as well as the Now Defunct Idora, :( Americana and Fantasy Farm Parks.

Oh well...I just figured more people would be from Ohio or Indiana then Michigan?

And my suggestion is mainly saying why not expand the smileys from more then 3? It doesn't hurt to ask.

I would rather express myself with words than smileys. Sorry Kyle. ;)

But if it did get expanded, I suggest: (_!_)

Hey smileys my small little mind! :)

I'd suggest the double bird personally.

Can anyone communicate the way people did before the Internet? You know, with complete sentences and enough detail to convey the thoughts in their head?

Yeah sometimes Jeff...but the fat lazy side of me loves the smileys too.
