I think SFWOA is on a roll. They have the most innovative modern coaster collection within two seasons. If they keep this track record going. They may be giving CP a run for their money.
Do you think it will continue? If so. What do you think will happen next?

SFWoA is getting a Morgan Giga coaster. Olot of Rumors been going around. Construction begins in September. But there is olot of news saying we will get a Giga coaster next year. I hope its true. Well here are the facts so far....

Morgan
called- hurricaine
being built on WildLife side.
And Suppost to be a Out And Back Twistr combo like SD2000...
but who knows if its true. People are saying the City said yes to this 320ft coaster... but time will tell///

I like the Morgan Out and Back Giga (Sea Dragon 2000) Three hills over 200 and lots of air time. hope it's true.
The fact that SFWoA is getting such a push backs up the fact that Six Flags is under heavy competition from neighboring parks. Magic Moutain is having to watch it's back against the more popular Disneyland resort and if anyone is going to Ohio, it's Cedar Point that will be most people's first choice. Six Flags WoA have the potential to become more popular than Cedar Point over the next few years...time will tell if they suceed.

As much as I would love to see a 320 ft. giga at SFWoA next year, I don't see it being built on the wildlife side.. it seems that they are going to try to keep it seperate and that is why it is wild life side and wild rides side. By the way, I do expect some sort of new/innovative ride next year, although it may not be a coaster.

I disagree, i think (if it's morgan) they'll have it start of next to X-Flight, then make it's lift go over to part of the WIldlife side then have a turnaround and come back paralell to the path and continue and maybe do a twsiting element inbetween RWB and BKF, doing bunny hills above the walkway back to the parking lot and finish with a helix. Good thing about SFWoA is we can't get a cloned hyper/giga, it just wouldn't fit.

I don't see WOA becoming near as popular as CP, mainly because CP is a resort. It's on a popular summer destination (Lake Erie) and it near other resorts(Port Clinton, Put-In-Bay). SFWOA doesn't quite have that appeal. They have... well... not much. Most of the GP don't drive 1000's of miles just to visit a theme park for a week(unless it's Disney). So I don't see SFWOA becoming more popular, I see them feeding off of CP. OK i'm done soapboxing...

They have to put The Giga on the wildlife side because WildRides side has a height limit of 180ft. And Wildlife side is in another county, and thier height limit is 400. Yes, 400ft. I think this Morgan Giga rumor is VERY true. And they are building 2 rides on the wildlife side right now.... A ship ride and the scramber. It will probley be put there. And CP only has about 370 some acers ( not ACErs! :) ) And SFWoA has a totol of around 800 acers. Right now theres about 150-200 acers for wildrides side. And about 200 acers on WildLife side. So thats OLOT of room for ecspansion. if SFWoA keeps adding attractions. SFWoA will some day beat CP and be the best!

How Much Room does SFWoA have left where they won't have to remove somethign esspecially on the wildlife side. I could see RWB's going out soon. Remeber this coasters make alot of noise [esspesially and giga/hyper] Animals do not like this just look at SFMW.

First off, I think there's a lot of people on here that need to be reminded of proper grammar. Second, I just don't see SFGL becoming that popular. I live about an hour away from the park, and people around here are much more interested in CP. SFGL is on the way to CP from where I live and I choose to go to the Point a lot more than SFGL. To me it has always been a cheesy and dirty park. They'll have to really build up their reputation around this area if they want to succeed.
I see them probably making serious consideration to take out the double loop. They probably feel it's time to replace it with something more thrilling. Then the Wolf Bobs. That coaster is just not popular at all. Those two are the next to go. Everyone see my point?

I think Double Loop is here for a while. They just refurbed it last year with paint, a tunnel, and new horsecollars.
Why do all you say CP is better. If yu think about it they only have 4 "good coasters!" MF ( which is awesome) Raptor which is cool , Mantis is cool, And Magnum is fun too.
But SFWoA has SUE which is extreme, id actually ride that the rest of my life insted of Magnum! , Batman which is better than Mantis, Villain Beats Mean Streak and Blue streak, And X-Flight Is extreme and exciting.
CP has 4 good coasters. SFWoA has 4... And thier Giga will make it 5 Plus we have much room for more better coasters. You Cp people think your park is the best. hen i find SFWoA better than CP. I only like MF, Raptor, and Mantis. When SF have these coaster i love..... SUE, Villain, Batman, X-flight, and Big Dipper. Plus thier Giga will probley put another one up there.
So why do you like CP so much???? Its clean WOW! our park is clean too. i only concentrate on coasters. I really dont care if its clean or not. That just gives another excuse to tell someone you didnt like the park.
Oh todd, They own all the land behind RWB. So they would start the Giga across the lake by the new rides are being put up. And the hills of the Giga would run behind RWB. They have ALOT of room back there!
