Six Flags St. Louis-anything?

Okay, go and read my trip report now. I finished it finally! = D

Not really. SwillNetwork is one of my least favorite sites ever created. It wasn't always bad, but the spamming of every single member of CBuzz awhile back is when I (and almost every member of CBuzz) got turned off from it. IMHO if you want to read thread about how little kids meet other little kids at parks you go there. If you want actually news and discussion about the amusement industry you go to CBuzz. CBuzz took over the role from URC and even RRC. It was the next step, and I honestly don't see CBuzz stop being "THE" board for the amusement industry.

ahhh the many memories... good and a few crappy.

wow.

All Your Base Are Belong to Us.
2 months and no posts? wow that park really must be going to the crapper.
Thats a Fact... I am going to the park next week and looking forward to it... What is everyone's opinion as to what the future looks like for STSL? I have heard several rumors that we may get a small flat ride package next year and maybe a new coaster in 2007. kinda early for actual news but fun to talk about.

How about a Rollerskater? I thought they could use one of those...they're cheap and it's a coaster you can have adults AND little kids on together...it really is a staple IMO.

Kiddie wood would be nice, too. Just stay AWAY from those kiddie inverts, that things just teach little kids to dislike full-sized inverts, and that *reversed-inverted* B:TR was very cool!

namtaB is still one of the best B:TR clones, only second to the original IMHO.

As far as next season, how does that saying go? Oh yeah... ;)

Seeing as SFStL will once again become my home park after 11 years of wandering around the country, I hope the future is bright.

The one thing I would love to see them get is a nice assortment of modern flats. Drop tower anybody? I wouldn't mind a 2nd generation Intamin, just not an S&S please! That is the area that where they are truly lacking. A nice updated children's area would also be a good idea. They will eventually get a new coaster, but I think that they have greater needs that are cheaper to fill.

Yeah is Good!
Hey, dont forget the new ride we are getting in a couple of weeks. I believe it is called Highland Fling v2.0. :)

Just a couple of G-Force junkies!

Well lots of rumors going every which way.
  • New re-located Kiddie Section
  • Huss Frisbee
  • Huss Topple Tower (I guess several parks might be getting these in the chain)
  • New slide complex for SFHH (featuring the toilet bowls like at SFGAm)
  • Overall park improvements
As much as I love frisbees, wouldn't it seem too much like the most recent flat ride addition?

And where is my gosh darned drop tower? ;) A topple tower would be cool, well at least it looks cool from what I've seen, but a drop tower it isn't!

SFSTL.net, will have all the info you need brothers and sisters. They are your best bet for "construction"pics and all that is important at the park.

^You really think so? I didn't see anything on there that wasn't already common knowledge.

Then what does that tell you ;).

So in this case, is NO news GOOD news? ;)
wow, I have to refer to my last post.....2 months and NOTHING. Either the supes have all of you seasonal kiddies scared or there really is nothing worth while at the soon to be parking lot. *** Edited 9/6/2005 11:49:36 PM UTC by RKO***
The only news is that Highland Fling is back in action after a hiatus. Rush Street Flyer on the other hand is still down and may not be coming back.
