That's cool! I think they should fix up all the buildings around the Illinois section. And whoever that said that a B&M coaster would take the place of Ninja is right, but I actually love the Ninja and I hope that it stays and the B&M gets put up over by Tidal Wave! = D That way everyone will be happy!

When does SFStL open? Cause I still haven't got anything on season pass info in the mail yet. I usually do get at least something every year. Well, I know that it opens early this year this month but what day exactly? If anyone can tell me it would be great! Thanx!

I'm willing to bet it is March 25th, but heck I could be wrong...nope that's what's marked on my calendar.

I don't think many people will care so much about Ninja leaving. Everyone getting off is usually so mad that their head hurts, and there isn't even a decent drop.

"Mamba, Poised to strike in 98'" - It will have been 8 years since a major thrill ride was added in KC. 2006 might actually see the crowds return. I'm still of the opininion that they should have added the invert first and the spinner second, but I'm sure they know what they are doing.

Spinning Dragons isn't a major thrill ride?

No! Not the ninja. Somewhere, buried deep down, we all have a place in our heart for that ride. I always thought that it would be great to re-theme and re-name the ride to it's original name and colors from the World's Fair. I was hoping that we would see a rebirth of these older Vekoma coasters since Vekoma came out with the updated cars for their Mk-1200 models.

I guess im the only one that has never got hurt by the Ninja. I think it needs to stay but it can get re-themed and re-painted too. = D

I actually enjoy Ninja in a sort of sick twisted way. :)

Yeah, it bangs you around some, but the course is pretty cool and that freaking head chopper under the chaindog gets me everytime. I find myself ducking when we approach it.

I dont think its in are hearts. No rather Ninja has all left use with hair line fractures in are skulls to remember her by. As far as i am concerned she can stay, I need something with no line to get a coaster fix on my break.

I remember the year the Ninja opened. Waited in line for 2 hours for a ride and at the time I thought it was a great coaster. Although I do remember using the Ninja's first year to power ride the Jet Scream, since it never had a line.

They never existing at SFStL at the same time. They took out Jet Scream and put up Ninja during the same off season.

I still wish they'd left Jet Scream in St. Louis, and sent Ninja to Astroworld :)

My bad. I could have swore that they co-existed for one season before Jet Scream was removed.

I do fondly recall a day where we just kept running around from the exit to the entrance and hopping right back on the train. I thought nobody was riding because everyone was in Ninja's line. I guess not.

Ahhhhhhh, the "good old days"!!! Who remembers the 10am till 4am Coke days?

I remember one of those 4am days that it poured rain about 8pm till 10 or so and the park emptied out. Can you say 6 hours of ERT on everything. Got my one and only 20 minute ride on Toms' Twister. Just my friend and I. Ride op went to get a snack (seriously). These days that would be a law suit :(
