Six Flags St. Louis announces SkyScreamer for 2011

Six Flags St. Louis this spring will add SkyScreamer, a 236-foot tower equipped with swings that will twirl 32 guests at a time at speeds up to 43 mph.

The promos on the websites for the Windseekers look like they are lap bar only, sort of like a roller soaker roller coaster. I know i would prefer this ride if it had over the shoulder restraints like the Chance Aviator. On that ride, the are comfortable and make you feel secure.

In regards to Dollywood getting one of these... they already have Sky Rider. Why would they need another?

I was thoroughly disappointed in Sky Rider at Dollywood. Thoroughly. The ride cycle was way too short, and the wing thingie didn't do squat.
