Six Flags purchases Darien Lake and five other parks

So it cost Six Flags $23M to buy these management contracts. How does it work from there? Do the owners pay Six Flags to manage the parks and count it as an expense? Or does Six Flags pay ERP a lease and that’s all ERP gets as income from the parks, with Six Flags taking any additional profit or loss?

But then again, what do I know?
