Can you verify this contract? Is it on record somewhere? Can anyone cite county records indicating Funtime owns the land SWO stands on?
It just sounds quite suspicious, or like an urban myth. The lessor can specify terms, but the lessee doesn't have to accept them, and why would sea World agree to such terms? Still wondering.
