Exactly SFOFOREVER. Every park cannot be perfect, so don't expect it.

I just hit that park acouple of months ago.
The only thing that bummed me out was the fact that Villian wasn't open when I was there.:(
Other than that I had a great time and can't wait to go back next year and hit Seaworld the next day.:)
Obviously some of the children haven't been to other parks to know how an amusement park should be.

CP, SFO, HP, BGW, PKI, SFStL
SFOFOREVER: I'm trying very hard to understand what ignorance in our society has to do with the park and how someone's opinion is ruining your fun. Do you walk around the park unhappy because a bunch of coaster junkies on a message board don't like the park?
I'm not a hypocrite, I stopped going to the park months ago, and even then it was only to get snaps of Villain for First Drop.

of course there will be sentiment to sfo, jeff is a former cedar point employee. there is the bias there
I was a former Disney employee (9 years) and worked at Universal briefly as well, so I feel my knowledge of parks may be biased as well. However, I have been to several parks in different states over the past few years and was just plain disappointed with what I saw at SFO. Granted, this was also the last day of a coaster trip that started with 2 days each at PKI and then CP. I suppose when you go to parks that seem to run things smoother and then go to SFO, you're bound to notice a big difference.

Remember, no matter where you go...there you are.
Quite frankly I think both sides are making too big of a deal about it. If it sucks, then well it sucks. If you don't like it, and think its bad enough to the point that something needs to be said, then do so.
However, on the other hand, with as many people that are fanatical about Cedar Point, I think that posts concerning a group of people that have the same feelings about SFO should be fine.
Now I may be a bit out of line, and Jeff if you feel that I am being out of line with this next remark please tell me, as I will take this post down w/o any problems.
Jeff, I think you're dealing with a double standard. If you allow people to hail Cedar Point then you've got to let people bring high praise to Six Flags Ohio as well.
And, with people that have any problems with the park, call Six Flags Ohio. I know that they love the feedback as long as its done tactfully. If they know there are a lot of people concerned about that state of their park they'll do something about it.
Thanks, and again if anyone thinks I'm out of line just tell me and I'll either modify or delete this post.

You build it, I'll ride it
I have never worked at any amusement park.
My dislike for SFO has absoultely nothing to do with Cedar Point. If you don't like Cedar Point, express that opinion, I don't care. It has nothing to do with SFO.
Why does everyone think they know me so personally?
Six Flags Ohio doesn't give two dimes about your feedback. If they did, things would change, and they haven't. A friend of mine complained about the safety issues (namely short kids riding a coaster that the ride ops couldn't even set the brake for, twice), and they laughed it off. The state ride safety division took it far more seriously when we told them, and they said it was a recurring problem.
Stick to opinions, not personal attacks.
