And how does that make them, in general, “crappy” rides?

Just not worth the long waits when they are that short.

Depends on the ride. I'll gladly wait for TTD, Stormrunner or even this one. Maybe not Everytime, but certainly the first few times.

Sometimes you trade intensity and/or loads of fun for length. TTD, The Bat, and Outlaw Run come to mind, and I imagine (because I’ve yet to ride) rides like RMC Goliath, Full Throttle, and Wonder Woman Golden Lasso might fall into the same category. Is length the only qualification for a good ride? I’d ask the parks that spend a lot of money for those attractions and then ask the patrons who are aware of the wait time but line up anyway for the latest thrill.

Really wasn't expecting to see anything like this to pop up at the local Six Flags park. It's a little on the short side, but so is Storm Runner, and that one has plenty of excellence packed into it. Hoping for something similar here.

This park has seen some nice additions during a period of time that much of the chain hasn't- X-Flight, Goliath, and now Maxx Force. Not too shabby.

The trick was to surrender to the flow.

But that’s what Six Flags does. They build short crappy rides that are worth the wait in line that set some kind of bogus records. Goliath at the same park is a perfect example. Look how much track they cut off of there are rocky mountain conversions while Cedar Fair kept the full layouts

But "There's no room!"

"They did their best with the space!"

blah blah blah
