If JJ did get new lapbars like the ones on FoF, it would become my third fave ride at the park. The lapbars made FoF feel like a totally different coaster!
You are totally right. Lapbars can make a coaster a whole new ride. Tuning up the LIM's to make the launch as fast as it was when the coaster was built would make it great, too. It has definitely slowed down over time :(

While a prediction from a man in the know last year was a little off (but not bad), I believe his prediction of an attraction themed around a natural disaster next year (hint: big, obvious clue) sounds very likely. And it has nothing to do with coasters, flat rides, dark rides, or simulators! I appreciate any review of "my" park, but AB, were all the emoticons really necessary?

about that stand-up coaster thing, i heard in the line for superman peeps were talking about SFA getting one. i also think that it was a good review, but i only favor superman and batwing. also i do think that it would be a great idea if they replaced mind eraser with a B&M inverted. i just noticed the difference after riding DD at IOA.
You have to admit though, that JJ would be a much better ride with lap bars.

Clue no.2: Re-read my first clue and then look at other Six Flags properties websites. Is it making sense to you what attraction 2002 could be now? While no one knows for sure, I feel it's a pretty strong bet.

All right, I've tortured you for long enough. The prediction for next year is Hurricane Harbour. This may actually be built in a new section of the park. They wanted to build it this year, but there wasn't enough money. Sure, another coaster would be great also, but, a modern waterpark to compete with PKD would also be a great asset. Judging by the large crowds I've seen recently at SFA, I'd say both could be a strong possibility. Time will tell.
