I haven't been to the water park for years, however I have heard it is now supposed to be separate from the main park. Meaning, depending on the pass you get, you might not have rights to get into the water park. Prior to this year, once you enter, you have full access to both sides of the park. The water park isn't open yet so I'm not sure what they are doing. I did notice that they removed some fencing around the park, which makes me think they might have a second entrance dedicated to just the water park. The normal water park entrance was/is currently located inside the park.
