Site Primer

I dont know if you already have this, but i dont remember being referred to a site document stating the policies, features, etc. of the site when I first signed up. I think if you had this page right up front when people register, it might cut down on the times you need to suggest using the search feature, ppl asking how to bold or make smileys (that was me :)) etc. Maybe you already have one, I just dont remember it.

I've wanted to do that for ages, I just don't have the time. I really want to spend "quality time" with the site in December, following the IAAPA blowout, but it depends on how quickly I can bang out the next version of POP Forums.
