I don't think that the guest service issues have generally been with the ride ops. Ya there are some duds, but overall the department has been pretty good for some time. Not only that, but GLP/SFO/WOA has always given stranded riders free food, passes etc for their trouble. (and the power outage is the parks problem, they need to suck it up and bring their infrastructure up to the current century). The one thing that has changed since the purchase of Six Flags and subsequent flagging of the park is that GLP always gave rain checks if it happened before dusk. Even though it was claimed to be against park poicly, ownership saw the value in getting people to actually come back to the park again to spend more money.
