SFOT in Spy Kids 2

Thanks for backing me up guys, but I knew he teasing. :)

I'm glad to know so many people like them a lot as well anyways!

Chitown, you need to see Lilo & Stitch if you haven't yet!

Kudos for renting Metropolis, Danny!

Damn, how could I have forgotten to mention Lilo & Stitch?

Seen it plenty of times.

I'll wait until Spy Kids 2 is shown on HBO or something. Fortunately, the scene is at the beginning of the movie, so I can turn it off when it's over.

And Vekomas rock. Yes, rock.

Take a ride...

I love cartoons. My wife and I have seen the Toy Story movies, Monsters Inc., Ice Age, Lilo and Stitch, Shrek, etc. etc., by ourselves, no kids. I want to see Spirited Away as well.

There's nothing inherently "kid" about a cartoon. That's like saying paintings are for kids, but photographs are for adults. The subject matter determines the appropriate age group.

Lilo & Stitch, Danny? You're killing me here! Next you're gonna tell me you liked "Wizard of Oz" or "Adventures of Priscilla, Queen Of The Desert" !!

Moosh

PS - for the Moosh-impaired, I'm still teasing Danny and he knows it.

LMAO Moosh! "I knew he teasing"

On a serious note (huh?), I like both movies you mentioned and the latter is absolutely hilarious! All I have to say is ping pong balls. Solid family entertainment! ;)

That's the most original joke in this entire thread CPThrills! Thanks for stopping by.

You liked both "Wizard" and "Priscilla" ? Hmmmm....

Moosh [wondering if Danny will add "Chicago," "Torch Song Trilogy," and "Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss" to that list?]

Chicago, I will admit to (and you knew it!)... the rest, in your dreams! :)

--looks for way to turn off Moosh-- I own Crossroads on DVD! Click here if you want to see how fascinating my collection actually is. Two things should be obvious... 1) I like Disney movies a lot... 2) I have a sister... fine there are three... 3) I often buy movies with hot girls on the cover... Even you have to love Coyote Ugly Moosh! I just like to consider myself "worldly", lol. =p

-Danny, recommending Moosh to give '10' another try ;)

LMAO, Danny. Crossroads, eh? And just when I thought your taste in movies couldn't get any worse ;) As for Coyote Ugly I can't say I loved it because I had no urge to see it. 10, however, was very funny!

But I am by no means a movie snob. I loved Charlie's Angels and can't wait for the sequel!

Moosh - who wonders how anyone who hasn't seen Billy's can claim they're "worldly"....

Here is my take on Spy Kids 2 and Lilo and Stitch. When Agent Johnson here had to fly to Burbank to do work at SFMM for a weekend in December, he (me) was subjected to SK2 going west, and L/S going east. That was cruel and inhuman punishment. I was so steamed that I even wrote United Customer Service.

No taxpaying American deserves that kind of treatment. Period.

The Empire will Strike Back....
"What do I know, I only work in an Amusement Park?"
"You are paying to get in. Period."

There is absolutly nothing wrong with Lilo and Stitch. As for Spy Kids 2, well, I won't go there, its too horrid. I've seen both Rugrats movies! The first one was okay, but the second one was so-so.

Disney movies are great, and I don't see anything wrong with them. Toy Story 1 and 2 was excellent, and I was laughing/crying. As for the Lion King, I'll admit it, I started to tear. Y'all know the part I'm talking about, don't act like you don't!

As for Vekomas, thats also too gruesome for me to cover. ;)

OoOoOo...Rolley Coaster!

Lilo & Stitch (also in my 10 best of 2002) is probably my favorite Disney (non-Pixar) animated movie in years (since The Lion King, even though I did like Tarzan and Emperor's New Groove quite a bit), so Danny does not feel bad for Agent Johnson and knows for a fact (=D) it could have been worse (Pluto Nash, Ballistic, Kangaroo Jack, the new Pinocchio, Clockstoppers, 80% of the other movies released in 2002, etc.). Thanks for your take though.

Be glad you didn't pick on Crossroads or you would have really had something coming for you. ;)
