So does Déjà Vu open when the park opens?

It hasn't yet, so don't look forward to it opening with the park this time around.

The Vu is the LAST coaster to receive its daily checkup...which is why it almost never opens up with the park.

The reasoning behind that is that the park prefers to have as MANY attractions open as possible. DV, being a maintenance HOG, would open with the park only at the expense of *several* other rides. This came directly from John Odum when he was the GM, and I can't imagine anything drastic happening that makes DV any less of a pain in the butt...

Personally, I think they're making the right decision...Of course, I'm not one of DV's biggest fans, either...;)

Same here for me Joe, I got a call from someone I knew. They asked me if I knew where they were. I certainly didnt expect the answer of "tower 2" to come up...

He didn't happen to say anything about all those budget cuts that were instituded during his reign, did he?

Are you referring to budget cuts for the rides or for the employees?
