So does anyone know if there will be any internet coverage of the press conferennce? Is anyone from the boards going to be in attendance? If so make sure you bring your digital camera.

I'll be there, but I don't have a camera. My friend is taking plenty of pictures though, and I'm sure just about every website will have info and (in some cases)pictures as soon as the info spills out. I expect this to be the talk of the winter season, both negative and positive. By the way, I hear they will have a 4D car on site, so I hope someone is able to get pictures of that for everyone to see.

http://www.sixflags.com/magicmountain/new/release.cfm?id=162 is here. Well, its the official press release, Im assuming. Im really impressed with MM, now. They have *big ones* for making a move like this. Very Impressed.
Wow X is gonna be 200 feet tall! I wonder if the cars will flip while going that fast or if they will wait till the ride loses speed?

I don't know if any one has noticed but "X" is going to race. And on the Arrow video the trains DO NOT race. But I think I do remember some type of rollercoaster at the IAAPA that was like the Arrow coaster but there was 1 train on each side of the track, and maybe that's what they are getting.
Its about time a so cal park is getting sumtyin this big, Goliath was huge and so was Riddlers but this will make SFMM be known arond the world!
Make sure to take a look at the video in the right hand corner. All I can say is, WOW! I am speechless!

So am I, Simcoaster. "X" definitely looks *Xtreme*.
I honestly don't believe that I would ride X. it looks like too much for me. they may have gone too far with this ride. at least for me.
My girlfriend just said the same thing. There is no way I'm getting her on that! No false advertising here, these are extreme coasters! I wonder what kind of lift Deja Vu will use?
