SFGAm Batman line video

The Batman line video now has animation of a B&M ride that doesn't exist at Great America. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the ride is, if it exists. It looks like a floorless coaster layout. It has a loop, a dive loop, and interlocking corkscrews. I forgot the color, but it didn't look like anything I had seen before. Possibly a look at Great America's new ride?
That would be the POV of Batman: The Dark Knight at SFNE.

Down with the trims!

Yea, from your description it definitly seems like B:TDK which i will be riding for the first time next monday!

Im the #1 Canobie Lake Park Fan!!!These are my top 3 coasters:
1. S:RoS @ SFNE 2. Yankee Cannonball 3. Cyclone

But did it have an inline twist also?

Maybe they are hinting at the next coaster! Maybe we will get a floorless coaster. That would be cool, floorless coasters are cool, my favorite is Kraken. That ride rules! Please SF don't give us a clone whatever you do.

Yeah but would they really give us a floorless? We already have a stand up, but really I wouldnt mind a clone of B:TDK just cause those colors are so dang cool!

I saw it too it is Batmant TDK it's weird wrong VHS? I dunno it's kind of tough to make out after an intense ride on Batman TR though!

Is it written in the stars?
La Vie Boheme!!!

The next coaster is the Superman one, the flying coaster. It will take place of the Whizzer. I know because I know. Just believe me. But I totally get what you mean, I see it all the time.
how do you know all this about the next coaster AmericanEagle02?

Rob

If the world was perfect, we would have a rollercoaster at every corner.

Yeah it is interesting on how you know if that is definate or not American Eagle02. I have heard very strong rumors, however, for a flying coaster up this way! I live in Chicago as well.

-----------------
Off to CP in August, first to IB in late June though!! YEA!!!! :-D It will be a good summer!
Questions:
smles@ilstu.edu

Most sites are saying it's going to be Superman and it will be were the Whizzer is now. Even though I hope they don't take down the Whizzer.

I heard the same exact same thing from two differen't people. Maybe this rumor is true.

Hearing the same rumor from 2 different people only means they heard it from a third person, not that it is true. Good luck on getting it, and I hope they dont remove whizzer, a great first coaster for many people!

Seriously. SFGAm is not going to remove a good, family ride that pleases a different age group, simply to add a flying coaster. Flying coasters aren't that spectacular! (if X-Flight is considered)

Once again, those who know don't tell; those who tell don't know. Whatever happened to that idea that SFGAm has plenty of space and does not need to (and won't) remove a coaster for a new one? They could build over Whizzer for crying out loud....

You know, we at WOF thought that too about the Zambezi Zinger, but guess what it happened....the saddest day in WOF history.

It wouldnt be a surprise to see Whizzer removed. If I am not mistaken it is the last Scharzkopf speedracer left in the U.S. That right there should tell you that this coaster is on its last leg. I am thankful that SFGAm has held on to this coaster and would miss it if it went but reality needs to set in here. If it is a headache (maintenance wise) , which is a guess, than I can understand them removing it for something else.

The downside to a possible B&M flying coaster is the virtual certainty that it will have a 54" height requirement. That would bring this park to having 7 coasters with that height requirement. Thats probably the most of any park out there. They really need to add coasters in the future with a 48" requirement so kids can have a decent variety of them.

The rumors of Superman have very strong evidence. I spoke to 10 different ride ops who all sang the same tune. Whizzer goes bye bye in August and up goes a B&M flyer no name has been put to it as of yet.

Wow, ride ops... Those are important people. Heck, they even get minimum wage....

The Lemon Chill Guy strikes yet again.
