Seriously. SFGAm is not going to remove a good, family ride that pleases a different age group, simply to add a flying coaster. Flying coasters aren't that spectacular! (if X-Flight is considered)
Once again, those who know don't tell; those who tell don't know. Whatever happened to that idea that SFGAm has plenty of space and does not need to (and won't) remove a coaster for a new one? They could build over Whizzer for crying out loud....

You know, we at WOF thought that too about the Zambezi Zinger, but guess what it happened....the saddest day in WOF history.

It wouldnt be a surprise to see Whizzer removed. If I am not mistaken it is the last Scharzkopf speedracer left in the U.S. That right there should tell you that this coaster is on its last leg. I am thankful that SFGAm has held on to this coaster and would miss it if it went but reality needs to set in here. If it is a headache (maintenance wise) , which is a guess, than I can understand them removing it for something else.
The downside to a possible B&M flying coaster is the virtual certainty that it will have a 54" height requirement. That would bring this park to having 7 coasters with that height requirement. Thats probably the most of any park out there. They really need to add coasters in the future with a 48" requirement so kids can have a decent variety of them.
