Its practically impossible for Operators to enforce those rules. However it basically removes Dorney from being held responsible if a rider freaks out during the ride [because of the height] and attempts to defeat the safety system.

And no [at least at DP] you cannot select anything about your ride, it seems that only maintenance can change those things.
