Scheduled downtime today

We can't get away with calling them "dorms" anymore because the residence halls include four dormitories and an apartment complex. :)

And as for our exact network topology...I only work in that department, I don't deal with it. But I do know that after the worm hit our administrator cut the networks apart so that the office machines would still work. Most of the office machines are running Win98, so the worms didn't hit them too hard. Our office has switched over to XP, and quite frankly, I liked '98 a lot better......

(but then, what do you expect from me?)

YES, I've noticed a big difference as well. The site is alot faster at the moment. Have to admit I did wonder why the site was running quite slow on the old provider and yet I have broadband as well.

Like I say, looks good at the moment though, lets hope it stays that way :)

The only thing I've ever really had a problem with is Burstnet timing out -- but the new server is a teeny bit faster.
