The thing that Frontier clearly didn't get when developing this game is that RCT doesn't work well as a die-hard "strategy" game, because I think it's safe to say that most people derive the fun from building coasters. The first two games had just enough "strategy" elements to add to game play, without distracting from building a park and making it pretty. The staff micro-management, breaking down stalls and ridiculous peep UI don't add to the game, they just annoy.
