Safest/most redundant restraints/lap bars

The X "Butterfly restraints" seemed pretty secure to me, too.

An easy way to fix the male discomfort of B&M Standups is to crounch a little bit before the seats lock and the nstand traight up after they lock. Keeps the bike seat clear of the crotch. Just be sure not to crouch to much, as there wont be enough room for your shoulders in the OTSR causing much discomfort.

That doesn't always work......if you have a tall torso, it's almost unaviodable...there's no way to change the distance between the shoulders and the seat....just the whole thing to the floor :(

Can't say "foolproof" but here are my best and worst.

:)

B&M's - Floorless, Sitdown, Inverted, and even Hyper T-bar all seemed very "you ain't going nowhere" - Exception is Medusa at SFMW which wouldn't go "normal" just loose and tight.

Vekoma - Flyers, Invertigo, Deja Vu - All very redundant and secure.

Intamin - Lapbars on Hypers are brilliant and Impulses are decent

Premier - I felt LOCKED IN and not in a bad way on FOF, they did a good job with the lapbar even if it could use a little more shoe room

Not so Hot

Some arrow/vecoma horsecollars are edgy, I don't like when they give too much. I know they are secure, but...

Togo anything...we won't go there.

I can't wait to try B&M flyer, Intamin Rocket Looper, and maybe some others this summer.

SFMM's Deja Vu's train was rebuilt ALMOST perfectly. If you get the harnesses that were built backwards, then your screwed the whole ride. In some of the seats, maybe 5 or 6 of them, I don't know if anyone has noticed but that small bar thats right in front of your chest that runs along the OTSR, anyone know? Well, im some of the seats, they put it facing inward rather than outward. So as they press the harness to check, it like pushes into your chest hurting like crazy. And not to mention that first tower and when you come back to the first tower, my god, i wanted to cry. And there were ALOT of guests complaing of these seats... Were they changed? NO! its been almost 2 weeks since Deja Vu opened again, and nothings been changed about these 5 or 6 harnesses. :(
