The ultra-popular CD-ROM game from Infogrames has recently been transformed into a board game. Players apparently will move their piece through an amusement park under construction. Players will select cards which will give them rights to build things throughout the park. When another player lands on your ride, you recieve points. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins.

I play board games all the time. Taboo, Pictionary, Scrabble, Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit, Cranium, Outburst, Tribond, Quickword, 25 Words or Less, Clue.... I love all of these games.
But you're right, this contrived RCT game looks like crap.

What they need to make is a roller coaster board game along the same lines as Mouse Trap.
You know, so when you go around the board you construct various parts of the roller coaster, then the winner gets to start it off. I don't know, fantasies........
