TOT is great. And yes the seatbelt is nice. You can leave it unhooked on that ride, just because of the way it is designed (put a penny on your lap and watch it as you drop the first time and so on, it will never go past the middle of the car, EVER.. its a pure free-fall ride, unlike GiantDrop @ SFGAm where it seems every time something is pushing you down (well, pushing the car down, if it was true freefall you would never hit the OTSR for the entire ride like you do now)..
