Ride ratings for non-CB100 coasters

Any chance the database could include the rating for non-CB100 coasters?
And as a design question, should the coaster have to have the requisite number of experienced riders for it to be displayed?

I wanted to see what people generally thought of the rides that were RMC'd but such data was not available.

My concern is that showing the data may encourage gaming, which for the most part hasn't happened (except once, and it was super obvious).

I would like to see the same thing. It definitely would have helped me in the past to prioritize when I didn't have time to catch every coaster in a particular park.
