Craig, to answer your question about why those kinds of people come to these parks, have you ever noticed what some of these teenage girls are wearing? Or as I shouldsay, what thy're not wearing? Half the time it's almost nothing and there is usually a lot of skin showing also. I mean half the time I wonder why would they want to wear clothes like that. Yeah, but generalizing is prejudice Snoopy. As stated in this post, this could have happened anywhere, so don't generalize, cause it does make to look prejudice. There are perves and psycho's everywhere(yes, even in SoCal!), just glad this one got caught and trust me, he will get his due, even in liberal NorCal.

And believe me, all of us up here in the much more beautiful Northern Cali would also love to separate from you nuts down south! :)

IT IS SUMMER and its been a hot year.. so what are they supposed to wear? Some of the parks have water parks attached.. so I would expect a few bikini tops and the like...BIG DEAL! What do they have to be completey covered head to toe with a scarf around their heads to cover their hair too? ITs wrong to blame the young women..

Sex Offenders and Pedophiles go where their targets are.. they hang out in malls.. ball parks..the neighborhood basketball court....they become Boyscout leaders, they are the volunteer coaches...youth leaders..they are masters at finding their prey.....an amusement park is an ideal site, its unfortunate for the parks, but it is ideal.. lots of children and young teens running around...many (pre) teens unattended for hours..The parents allow the kids to go off, and meet them later at a determined meeting area.., a normal healthy way to give your children( mostly pre-teens )independence...

It simply doesnt matter what they wear or DONT wear.. if it was just looking at scantily clad women, they could do that online.. but for them the thrill is hunting their targets down in person.. especialy if the target is underage!!!Its a sickness!

This type of behavior - the person arrested- is sited as being mentally ill according to the DSM-IV, the diagnostic book for psychiatrists..

These people are all over the United States and are not limited to California.

No, I was not saying it is OK for this kind of sickness happening to these young girls. And I apologize if my earlier post came across to you in that way. All I was tyring to say is that these kind of people go to parks because there are a lot of girls (or boys for that matter) unattended and it would be all too easy for these people trying to satisfy their sick minded ways.
