Red, White, and Blue Top Hat at CP??

Anybody else watching the webcam? It looks like a piece of white track is being lifted right now.

Maybe, due to the extreme height, the track will have to alternate between red and white, like towers that are located near airports.

What planes fly over CP? not too many. I think the red and white will be for theming purposes, not for lawful ones.

Cedarpoint's webcam... dang.. It must have not refreshed when I hit F5.. Don't worry, they are just making sure it fits nice and snug. It will probably be put back up real soon....

I think the white track you guys think you saw was actually a crane. It's the weirdest thing though because sometimes you see it and sometimes you don't. That's one wacky web cam.

Do they put the big crane down at night? I noticed a few minutes ago that kind of laying down.

I'm sort of thinking that the top hat could be red and white, then with the blue MF in the skyline, you will have a patriotic looking skyline from across the bay without including all three colors in the one ride.

The white track has been attached to the top hat!

Yep. I see it there too. It is on the right side of that structure, opposite the red track. Strange to see it floating there in space.

They've added red and white to the other side now. The sun just came out on the web cam too, making it easy to see.
