RCT2: Six Flags Edition Parks?

Here are my picks:

SFMM, SFWoA, SFOT, SFGAm, SFOG

However, I wouldn't be surprised to see SF Holland in there because I remember hearing there would be parks from all over the world.

There are some parks that will definitly not be there like SFEG and SFKK. They are too small and with the larger maps...

My thoughts and conslusions:

SFMM - 100%

SFOT - 95% - Titan was mentioned as one of the 25 coasters you could build.

SFWOA - 10% - They would need to add stadiums, wildlife, and a water park.

SFMW - 10% - too much wildlife and shows.

SFGAm - 90% - one of the top SF's parks. All of the coasters could be built. No water park.

SFGAdv - 90% - The most visited Six Flags park. Big park, good coasters. Water park and safari are separate.

SFOG - 85% - All that is needed is a B&M Flyer, and since one is at Alton Towers, and Chris is from the UK, I think there'll be one. No water park.

SFNE , SFSTL, SFA - these could possibly be included as they contain some good rides, but they all include a free water park.

SFKK, SFAW, SFEG - not regarded as good parks, would Six Flags want these in the game?

I haven't been to the other parks so I cannot comment, but I think SFMM, SFOT, SFOG, SFGam, and SFGAdv. Or possibly a European park.

If I had to gess (as I have before)
SFMM (Well duh, w knew that one Jeremy!)
SFoT: Being "THE" SF park, I'd hope to see it (Here's hoping for a realistic MR. Freeze aka TOPHAT!)
SFFT: Just because the quarry setting is too sweet NOT to have in the game (Hopefully, we'll see tea cup and a FRISBEE!)
SFoG: I'd think Chris would want to make the B&M Flyer.

Thant only leaves one slot open and I think the prevailing thought would be (if its an American park) either SFGAm or SFGAdv. I'm going to have to say that it will be Great America only because Great Adventure has too many different flat rides and I dont see a "Houdini" type ride making it into the game (though I'd LOVE it if I was wrong on this point).

But that's my opinion just based on the gaming aspect not the merit of the parks themselves

Besides, if we were really shutting down people we disagreed with, would Jeremy (2Hostyl) still be around? :) I think not. - Jeff 1/24/02

wouldnt it be simple to use stuff from zoo tycoon to make the wildlife side? Both games are made by Infogrames so it could happen. If SFWoA was made one huge senario would have to be made. Sidenote: This is SF's best advertising stunt so far.

2Hostyl: Great idea! Even though I doubt they'd include SFFT, it would be pretty awesome to see. Rattler, S:KC, and Poltergeist would be awesome to see on the game.

I'm pretty sure of SFoT and SFMM- other than that, I don't know.

The parks have kind of been announced. The preorder link for EB has a box shot and the list of Six Flags parks in the game. I have a feeling some people are going to be disappointed.

Here is the link: http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/categories/products/product.asp?pf_id=222937

Here is the list:

Six Flags Magic Mountain

Six Flags over Texas

Six Flags Great Adventure

Six Flags Holland

Warner Bros Movie World - Germany

This is the list. No Great America. I think it sucks but then again Great America is never on anything.

I thought they would only have one European park. Oh well I'll just make my own parks of the ones I thought should've been in there Sfgam, Sfog (no B&M flyer now) Sfne, and even though it would've been hard....Sfwoa. I think they should've put in Sfog over Sfot. They just wanted to showcase Titan which is sort of stupid since Goliath is in there and because if he does or did make a beemer flyer, then that would be a lot more to show.

No, They probably put SFOT in because it's the original SF park. If they didn't pick SFOT, That would be like saying "We're gonna put 5 Coke Products in this game" and then not picking Coke.

Wait so there are only going to be 5 scenarios? And they're just to build up a six flags park? There better be expansions ... I would like to see some more variety than that ...

It makes sense... I mean, if they only liscenced 25 coasters, MM uses more than 1/2 of them. (Of course, that makes no sense whatsoever...)

And the European parks are nothing to laugh at anyway.

Think about the SFMM creation we're seeing. I bet someone around here will come up with better recreations within the first month or two of release. Nothing against Sawyer and his group, but there are a lot of anal-retentive designers around here. ;)

I can't wait to see some of the recreations people come up with. I might make my Sfgadv park and some more recreations.

there is no way they will do WOA, just beacuse RCT has no water shows and WOA is "3 parks in one" nor does it have any water slides, i think the parks will just be put in by feasability

Well, they also don't necessarily have to create all those water rides...
