RCT2: Six Flags Edition Parks?

Well, since we already know that Magic Mountain is in the new RCT game, what do you think or hope the other 4 parks will be?

Id love to see SFNE in the mix, because the park has really become a great place to visit since converting over to an SF branded park. plus its got the best SROS!

The 2nd park id like to see would have to be my homepark The Great Escape. It isnt an SF Branded park yet, but I think it would be great to have in the game. the park has alot of potential, and the challange for this park would probably be fun, because its a medium sized park thats just ready to get huge in the coming seasons!

The 3rd park id like to see if SFGAdv because its just another great park!

And the 4th would have to be SFWoA. I think it would just look good in the game.

btw did anyone read the part in the IGN preview where it says new mascots will be in the game?? Im guessing we'll be seeing those Looney Tunes Characters as the addition to the mascots.

SFGAm
I to would love to see SFNE

Im the #1 Canobie Lake Park Fan!!!These are my top 3 coasters:
1. S:RoS @ SFNE 2. Yankee Cannonball 3. Cyclone

So does this mean that there will be a non-Six Flags edition RCT II? Otherwise, they would have just named it RCT II plain and simple instead of RCT II : Six Flags Edition...

According to my sources, the following parks will be included:

Six Flags over Texas

Six Flags over Georgia

Six Flags Magic Mountain

Six Flags St. Louis

Six Flags Worlds of Adventure

kRaXLeRidAh -

i highly doubt it. i think what we'll see happen, is other expansion packs that follow up. possible with more six flags parks, or maybe an expansion called RCT2: Cedar Fair or something along those lines. but i wouldnt look for just a plain Rollercoaster Tycoon 2, since it would be the same exact game.

What id really like to see, is sixflags.com offer a recreation of every single park in the future on each individual parks subsite. how great would that be?? but then again six flags would probably want to make some small profit off that, and maybe sell a cd in there theme parks gift shop with a recreation of that park for like $5 lol

It'd be nice if they included ALL Six Flags parks. Since some of the smaller parks would be a cinch to re-create... wouldn't ya think that they could easily impliment those into it?

I think so!

-----------------
....Summer is only a short 91 days long. How much of that time are you going to use at the amusement parks??

Think of the space that adding every six flags park in the chain into RCT2 would take on your hard drive. But then again the original 3 games had at least 30 scenarios each so I guess it can be done.
If they don't make Six Flags Great America, I will. With Impulses and Invertigos, it will be alot more realistic.
Ok lets think about this logically. What are the 5 most noticable Six Flags parks. Once we figure out witch parks have the highest attendence will know witch five are in the game. I would just wet my self if SFGAm made it in.

I8 doubtr that they will add or refuse to add any of the six flags parks based soley on attendence figures alone.

What it may come down to are which parks are easier to recreate rather than which parks have the highest attendence, keep in mind the game is being designed for the general public not just us enthusiasts.

Yea. I think that they will recreate the one's that the GP are most familiar with. One of these would definantly be SFMM. I know SFGadv. might be one. Also, possibly SFWoA. I think several of the first SF parks will be in there too.

Six Flags Over Texas will be in there. It is the flagship park. Six Flags Magic Mountain, because we have seen screen shots of X.

I think Great America will be in there. It has an impressive coaster collection. Georgia will probably make the cut, and either New England or Great Adventure.

I think it will be

Six Flags Great Adventure

Six Flags New England

Six Flags Over Texas

Six Flags Great America

if Six Flags Over Georgia is in there do you think they will have S:UF

Let's be a little logical here:

The parks that bring in the most for Six Flags are SFGAdv, SFMM, and SFGAm. Expect those to be in there. And then also the parks that were their first aka SFoT, SFoG, and SFStL. Those are my best guesses. SFWoA might be in there just because it's rising VERY fast in popularity.

-----------------
My Top 5
(1) Shivering Timbers(2)Millennium Force(3) Magnum XL200(4) Apollo's Chariot(5) Volcano: TBC

I think they are going to put in:

Sfmm (already know)

Sfgam

Sfot

Sfog

Sfgadv or Sfa, or Sfstl

Oh boy, you really don't know what you're talking about do you?...Over Texas was the corporation's first park, yes, but isn't the flag-ship. Six Flags Magic Mountain is more flag-ship than any of the others ones. And why the hell would Six Flags New England be in there. It's a one trick pony park if it did. The only thing worthwhile to check out in there is SROS and BTDK, everything else is all SLC and Boomerang this that.

It would be GREAT if we had SF Great Adventure and SF Great America , coz they both have an amazing selection of coasters (each with 3 B&Ms) , same goes for Over Georgia - and its B&M Flyer..

I think , however, that BECAUSE all 3 parks have lots of wonderful, unique and complicated coasters , rather than simple coasters (like the Vekoma Boomerang and SLC... sorry Vekoma) then they won't put these parks and put other - one trick - parks , like SFNE (2 - one trick - coasters in this park) .

One more thing .. I've heard that they were going to put a EUROPEAN park in it too (!) , so it's either WBMW Madrid or SF Holland ... So my guess is that SF Holland will be there.

Right now , all we know for SURE , is that SF MM and SF OT will be in the game.

Lets all wish for OG , GA and G-ADVENTURE :)

Another thing to keep in mind is that there may be downloads from the official site at some point as well. This could include entire parks (like several people did before), but they could be official ones from Chris. Remember, the park files aren't actually that big compared to some programs today. This is what I expect to happen in the forseeable future.

How long is the wait time from this point?
