RCT Deluxe or RCT 2? Which should I buy??

I say pick the one you want, but if you want an RCT game to load faster and not wait ten minutes for every little piece of scenery to load, then get RCT Deluxe. If time is not a priority, as shown greatly here, then get RCT2.

My RCT2 loads fast, you must have a slow computer or an old one. Slow is one thing RCT2 isn't. It takes the same amount of time as the first one for me.

The biggest improvement may be the block brakes, but what about things that were left out? The boosters on the steel coasters come to mind. Now in RCT2 if I want to get more speed, I need another lift hill, where in the first one, all I had to do was add a booster or two and be fine.

I don't think I ever used the boosters. Sounds like inferior design to me. Either the lift isn't big enough in the first place or the coaster is too long. How can you run out of speed?

Well, I don't build for replicas, I build for myself. I don't post my coasters because I don't waste the time on theming like most people do. And the reason of the booster/chain, I do it to increase the length of the coaster. I think I made one about 10,000 feet once and peeps still rode it.

I am not who you think I am.

The one bad thing about RCT2, is that there aren't as many good scenarios.
There aren't many scenarios period.
