Rating coasters that you "HAVE!!!!!!" ridden.

Jeff, a recent post on coasterbuzz got me thinking. Is it possible to block rating a coaster if its not in your coaster track record? I think coasters are being rated without actually riding them. Its probably a long shot but was just curious.

It's possible, but I hate to make anything outside of the forum something you have to register for, you know? People are more likely to say "screw it" and leave the site.

Also you would only have to add it to your track record to rate it. Wich would not really stop much.
