Question about blank thread titles...

Why is it that every so often I see a blank thread title that isn't clickable....the threads do get some responses, so obviously it's clickable for some people, even if there's no title...

...anyone know what's up, is anyone else experiencing this, or is there just a ghost in my machine...

I accidently came across one a few days ago, when I was going through topics with the next newest and next oldest buttons.

Isn't there a way to make it so people have to enter a topic title before submitting it?

Funny that you mention that, because I accidentally hit the "post new topic" button on the bottom of the page, and it posted a new topic without it telling me to enter a thread title. However, I don't understand how some of those ghost topics could get a reply if you can't click on the title...
