Put pics! - CoasterBuzz

One thing this site needs more than ANYTHING are coaster pics! Forums are cool and all, but if you're a coaster site, you should feature at least ONE coaster on the whole site.

Everything is great about his site. Its just that when I read the forums or the news on this site. It looks plain. I haven't really seen any pictures on coasterbuzz.

As I've said many times before, it was never my intention to have a lot of original content. Instead, the idea has always been to get you to places that do.

Obviously you haven't been in the Features section. Jeff has put up 50 pictures from IAAPA 2000, 60 from SFO, 70 from BGW, 4 from Boulder Dash, and 18 from Kennywood.

People like KarakenKid200 are the people that give kids bad sterotypes and horrible images. I honestly feel bad for calling myself a teenager because people like Kraken give teens a bad name nowadays. These foolish and stupidity filled comments are not acceptable at Coasterbuzz. If people do not want to push a worthwhile topic foward in discussion then don't even post in Coasterbuzz. I also feel that adults who make the comments about this site being too childish and that Coasterbuzz should be for adults 18+, then they too are the ones who are being childish. Only small children complain. If adults want the site to be better then instead of complaining.... try to do something about the new members, such as give them some guidance and a little help.

In the words of Jeff, "Simply ask yourself one thing before you hit that submit button: "Does my post advance the discussion or add value to the topic?" Naturally if you're making a "me too" or "cool!" post, the answer is no.

If people want to just make noise and be "trolls" then don't post here........ find someplace else.

I come to Coasterbuzz everyday to see what new topics are on the forum list, (and for the news and track record) and I always contribute something that pushes the converstaion forward. I don't remember the last time I just said "me too" or "yeah" or "I agree." I love that Coasterbuzz is a moderated forum and it shows that Jeff really cares about the type of content that appears on his website. So please people..... if you are going to post, make the post worthwhile and hopefully people like KrakenKid200 who just come to make noise will soon leave because poor members will realize that they are not getting under our skin and hopefully those poor members will soon leave.

One more thing....... I know that this topic has been asked and answered many times before. So, to avoid these closed topics, use the search button to find your answer.

Back to to topic, I love this site. The news section is updated daily. The overall layout of the site is great. You get to talk to other people who also love to ride roller coasters!

I think Jeff is doing a great job. Pictures would be great, but they aren't a necessity. Be happy for what you have. We should be glad we have a webmaster like Jeff, who spends a lot of time keeping this site.
