profile help

i try and update my profile and change password and it tells me to change my email and i only have one! so what can i do?

once your logged in go to edit account and it should bring up your information allowing you to change your e-mail, or password, or signature etc. just scroll down type in your new password and click make changes.

How do your delete a picture?  I don't want the one I have, and I don't want a new one.  Thanks for the help.
