Yea it sounds like that will be a big problem. I don't think too many of the older residents are willing to have an amusement park literally in there back yard lol. I think if they decide to put an amusement park over there more than likely parking isn't going to be right by the park. Some of it might have to be across the highway.
Seriously, you guys can stop getting yourselves so worked up about amusement parks and hyper coasters etc. It's really really REALLY unlikely that this will resemble anything like a new Opryland.

We are better off with the Ole South proposal anyway so screw Gaylord. I for one not too excited about them building a landlocked park with zero room for expansion anyway. The 1000 acre Ole South USA sound MUCH better so I hope it comes to fruition!
