Wouldn't you just be pushed up onto your restrants with negative g's? Well that is unless the negative g's were on an upward facing section. But then the train isn't even "flying" then.

I think you would be pushed back towards the track above you. Then you would have a floater sensation cause you would be lifted off the restraints.
